ANNOUNCING: THE 2018 SAINTS ARTS GRANTS RECIPIENTS
The Saints are volunteers for the performing arts. At the present time our 2000+ members serve well over one hundred Chicago and suburban theater, dance and music organizations, ranging in size from storefronts to world-class theaters, from seasonal musical groups to world-trotting dance companies.
The Saints members provide help to these groups for a variety of activities including ushering at performances and in return are allowed to attend these activities and performances at no charge. Members choose the venues and performances where they want to volunteer, as often as they like.
The Saints also awards financial grants to not-for-profit performing arts organizations located in Chicago and the surrounding area. In 2016 the Saints donated over $125,000 in grants to over twenty-five different performing arts organizations. We also matched $10,000 of our members' donations to such organizations.
The Saints hold General Membership Meetings several times a year. These meetings offer members the opportunity to learn more about the organization and its affairs, meet and socialize with other members and to participate in interesting presentations given by famous personalities from the performing arts community. The Saints members also receive a monthly newsletter, "Spotlight", which lists the numerous volunteering opportunities. These opportunities are updated twice weekly via the “CyberLine” e-mail to all members.
The Saints is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable corporation and donations to The Saints are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
In short, The Saints allow you to be part of the vibrant Chicago arts scene and see many fine performances, all for the cost of a nominal yearly membership fee. Join us!

SAINTS MATCHGRANTS PROGRAM BEGINS SEPTEMBER 1
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! The Saints MatchGrants Program was created to encourage Saints members to increase their donations to Chicagoland not-for-profit performing arts organizations. In this program, members who directly support their favorite organizations may have their donations matched by the Saints. $15,000 in Saints MatchGrants funds has been authorized for 2018.
Active Saints members make cash, check or credit card donations of up to $100 per organization from September 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 to any of the Saints-served organizations listed on the Saints website. They will then submit the MatchGrants Form to the organization, who completes it and returns it to the Saints by the deadline.
Complete Saints MatchGrants Program information and the necessary form are found on the Saints website member home page under GRANTS.
