Please mark your calendar for the Saints Annual Meeting on May 18 at 7:00 PM via Zoom.
This important gathering is an opportunity for members to connect, stay informed about the organization, and participate in key decisions that shape our community.
At this year’s meeting, members will have the chance to meet the candidates running for the four open director positions on the Board. Hearing directly from the candidates will help members learn more about their ideas, experience, and vision for the Saints.
Members will also vote on proposed by-laws changes during the meeting. Detailed information about the proposed updates will be emailed to members in April so everyone has time to review them in advance.
To provide additional opportunity for discussion, a Member Salon on May 4 at 7:00 PM via Zoom will be held where members can learn more about the proposed by-laws changes, ask questions, and hear the reasoning behind the updates before the vote takes place.
